Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a seamless shopping experience at Shopamide. Please read our policies carefully regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please visit the "My Orders" section in your account, WhatsApp us at +91 75795 55863, or email us immediately at support@shopamide.com. A full refund will be initiated instantly for prepaid orders.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse to accept the delivery, or you may accept it and initiate a standard return.
Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.
- Intimate apparel or accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality check team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
For online prepaid orders, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will request your bank account or UPI details to process a secure direct transfer.
Exchanges
